Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are generally 2 to 7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

The Starter Co cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the affected items so we can investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
